Consequently, all visits, contracts and transactions carried out on the website, as well as their legal effects, will be governed by the following guidelines and subject to current legislation applicable in the state of Texas in the United States of America.

 

The established terms and conditions are mandatory knowledge and compliance by the user. In the event that you do not fully or partially agree with any of the conditions or terms detailed here, you must refrain from using the website. If the user makes use of the website, it implies full acceptance of the provisions of these terms and conditions. The user will be obliged to expressly comply with them, not being able to allege their ignorance.

Products and services

 

The value of the products and services is expressed in US dollars, does not include shipping cost, which will depend on the delivery area. The shipping cost will be charged to your shopping cart. To place your order, the customer must take into account that:

 

• Some flowers may vary depending on availability or season

• The bases may vary according to availability.

• The decoration may present slight variables in relation to the photographs

• In case of requiring home services, it is programmed with time ranges and not in exact hours.

We design 95% of our jobs based on the inquiry form, with proposals and email planning.

OPTIONAL: Site Visit can be included with a fee

 

​*Payment Methods

 Balloon arrangements in our online shop  can be paid through the website. after accepting  our  terms and conditions.

A invoice is created with the Square app for all Custom orders bookings, a link will be sent to clients email with payment instructions.​

*50% Deposit is due at booking. The remainder balance will be due 7 days prior to the  date of the event. Once the Contract with the specifications is singed and Completed, Scheduled for the following payments and remainders will be set up and send,  to the phone number and email provide by the client.

Happy Sweet Design LLC does not guarantee the availability of the date if the reservation is not finalized.

 

*Minimum of 2 hours is required to design prior to the event start time.

 

 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

*RESCHEDULING- If the weather or any situation prevents the balloon installation from taking place, the client may reschedule their installation at least 72 hours before their event without penalty. The client can reschedule their event within the next 365 calendar days. You must notify us immediately up to 24 hrs to secure the new date.  after this time the days are subject to availability and HappySweetDesignBalloons is not responsible if the desired date is not available.

 

*CANCELLATIONS - If for any reason you have to cancel, deposit is not refundable but can be applied to any other future design within one year!  for Cancelations text Customer Service at (469)-396-3146 with your information, date of your event, and we will contact you soon as possible.

 

*Balloon Striking, Take down the balloon designs and Cleanup after the event when rentals are not included as part of the design is not included, unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Available upon request with a fee.

 

*Command Hooks are used for wall designs. Happy Sweet Design Balloons is not responsible for any damage that may occur when client is in charge of the balloons and pulling them off.

 

*For Outdoor Designs - We do not recommend outdoor designs with black balloons or dark colors, if there is strong wind or rain. We do not do outdoor designs in weather expected above 85 degrees and below 50 degrees. Heat makes balloons expand. A few balloons popping should be expected and could compromise the overall design. It must be taken into consideration that any inclement weather causes some reaction in all balloon decorations when they are outdoors. 

Applicable Law and jurisdiction

The terms and conditions of this website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the state of Texas in the United States of America.
