NO Return or Refund after the order is placed,but order can be rescheduled 24hrs in advance for a future event, up to 1 calendar year from the day of the cancelation(minimum of 1 week in advance are needed before the new event for reservations on the delivery.

Balloon Bouquets can last anywhere from 3 days - weeks indoors, depending on conditions. Sun, direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, pets, children playing with balloons, sidewalks, plants, tree branches, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are some examples of things that can pop your balloons. Once order is delivered, Happy Sweet Design LLC is not held responsible for, and refund.
